What to harvest now!

Just the perfect winter salad from the garden. Mixed lettuces, Italian Parsley, Lavender mint and Mexican Tarragon. The Mexican Tarragon was a wonderful surprise as it typically blooms in fall, and we have beautiful flowers now. The mix of lettuces and herbs are complimented by a lemon vinaigrette. Freshness in the middle of a cold wet week.
