Leaf Broccoli, and Chef's favorite. Widely grown in Southern Italy, especially Puglia. Grow as any broccoli. Eat the leaves and little broccoli tops. Very tasty. The more you cut, the more it grows. Saute with garlic, olive oil and a little sea salt for a unforgettable dish.
