We were exposed to the versatility of this wonderful pepper last summer in Spain we felt we needed to grow it this summer. It is a very mild pepper, most of the time. Every once in a while you will have a HOT one (roughly the heat of a Jalapeno). Used in soups, grilled, or fried we love this pepper.
